Which one should I be using before I get implanted for the best results. I've read different post and they both make sense but at this moment I'm using traction. If any of you used vacuum before your procedure could u give me advice and brand name

I use both as a pre-surgery protocol. Everyone raves about VED, but I really feel the traction is doing more to help with the elasticity and normalizing my scar tissue "clumps".

Used both. The traction device must have been inferior because it didn't seem to clench my penis as well and therefore couldn't maintain the stretch very long. The VED worked well, could be pumped further if needed and would stretch for a much longer time. I used it every night usually while watching TV. I did 30 minutes on and 10 minutes off until we went to bed. Early on there was some minor pain, but with time I would pump it up and let it alone. My wife got used to seeing it as large as it would be and admitted she had never seen it so big. It build up anticipation in her. After pressuring down, there would be some brief soreness for a few minutes. Over time, I recognized that it WAS bigger than it had been.
As to being effective, the VED got me out to about 8 1/4" by my marks on the VED. BUT the surgeon didn't make use of it. He implanted me too conservatively (stretch technique??) and I lost 2 1/4" after. My wife has expressed minor disappointment over the length but loves my instant hard on and my infinite staying power. She says none of her girl friends are getting as much sex each week as she.
