Hello everyone !!! I am from Russia and I have had an implantation operation, I am very happy !!!
I am grateful to all of you for your posts on our forum, I read a lot of your stories and statements and based on them in my practice of using the implant.
Today I have 25 days from the day of the operation, the pains are not big and there is still discomfort. I was pumped up by the surgeon and said that I should go for a month inflated, but allowed after 2 weeks to lower it to work, but not until the end.
I have questions for you:
was your penis head too sensitive? I can’t walk in my underpants, she really doesn’t like it and has to wind up a bandage.

You are lucky! I think your age has a big reason for that. When you are old like me that is the reverse. Lol

At least until you are able to deflate, it's a good idea to wear something over the shaft and head of your penis to protect it from rubbing against your pants. Many guys here have found that a soft baby sock works well. My wife sewed a tube of soft cloth for me to use. Your head and penis will both be tender for a while.

I don’t remember that being a problem. I just had difficulty finding underwear that was comfortable.

I was inflated to 80-90 % during first 4 weeks of healing. I was super sensitive the whole time. I used a soft sock or round tube the whole time to keep it from touching anything. I am retired so I could sit on my couch naked most of the time. The entire shaft was sensitive.

Had similar issue after my operation. Stayed at least 50% all of the time, 90 to 100% several hours each day. Everything was sensitive. My wife sewed a pocket into my underwear to surround it. I still inflate 100% over 2 hours a day to avoid shrinkage. I am very comfortable pumping 30 to 40% for sleeping at night (with no underwear.) The difference is that at 100% i am straight out and hard as a rock. 30 to 40% I am still very flexible but seems to be extended the same length. The flexibility is comfortable enough to roll over and move around on it or with it. (My wife also likes to play with it when it is flexible and we are watching TV.) After all this time, I am very used to it and it is working great. Had I not lost my prostate and gotten the implant, I know I would be using drugs to get an erection or, since drugs and shots were such a burden, maybe avoiding sex altogether. My wife says her girl friends aren't getting near as much sex as she gets each week.

You do not say if you are circumcised. Uncut may be part of your issue till the skin gets tougher. Try wearing a baby sock over your penis for now. I held it on with a rubber band.
