Sometimes I pump up just to tease my GF and see what transpires

I wonder what the duration is (and this is not just directed at you, Smetro) for these 8 times a week. If I initiated sex on a weekday morning, I would probably lose my job for being late to work.
We never do "quickies". (I had enough of those, which left my woman unsatisfied, when my recalcitrant penis would call a halt prematurely.) I am reluctant to start anything unless we have at least 45 minutes to do a "proper job".
So, number of times (O.P. How often do you have sex?) leaves one vital statistic out, "How many minutes of foreplay, actual coitus and afterplay do you have per week?
Every man, it seems, wants to know how he "stands up" to others, I guess, and I am not different except for being more detail-oriented in my curiosity.
Afterplay is not something I can tell easily because I often fall asleep during afterplay. Coitus is something I like to keep track of, but don't want my lover to see me watching the clock. Disrupts the mood. Foreplay is hard to track because it often starts before sex is even on my mind. But those are my best estimates. But the actual coitus, she would NEVER want to stop (lucky me!!!), but when my body runs out of energy, she accepts the closure (again, lucky me.)
We sometimes change positions for variety or if one body part (arm, hip, shoulder or leg) gets uncomfortable. And after I cum, sometimes we will switch to an "X" position where there is little energy from either of us involved. The implant makes this possible. If I were in a normal (unimplanted man) refractory period with no erection, this would not be possible. BIG advantage for an implant erection over a natural erection.
To answer the question:
One to three times a week since my girlfriend and I live some distance apart and only see each other on weekends. But it is every weekend. 20-40 minutes foreplay. 15-30 minutes coitus (I keep trying to delay my orgasms, but they are insistent and my energy levels fall off a cliff afterwards) and 20-40 minutes afterplay.
Pump up NOT for sex? Once or twice a day. Often go to sleep pumped and wake up about 90 minutes later with a bit of an ache. I release pressure at that time, but don't usually squeeze down at that time. Then pump up again while I hit the "snooze" button on my alarm clock. That gives me another 20-30 minutes of maximum pump time. No sex those days as I am sleeping alone during the week.
So, I guess the ratio of time spent erect and fucking to erect and not fucking is about the same as it was when I was in my 20s. The difference is that now, I know sex will happen and in my 20s I NEVER knew.
