Cylinders pump unevenly

I haven't experienced that at all in the year since I got my implant. I'd suggest you ask your doctor. Glad it eventually gets hard, but if it really is inflating unevenly, it might cause some trouble down the road.
Wish I had some experience with it so I could help.
