Every man is unique. Before ED, I could also orgasm easily. After ED I could still orgasm fairly easy with a partially erect, flaccid penis inside my lover's mouth, or with masturbation. By "partially erect, flaccid", I mean expanded (tumescent), but nowhere nearly rigid enough to penetrate a vagina. Barely stiff enough to stand up under its own weight. Maybe 40% erect. Probably more spongiosum tumescence than cavernosum.

After implant, it is more difficult to cum, I think because the nerves were traumatized by the surgery. No surgical error; such trauma is unavoidable. I am recovering my prior orgasmic function over time. Many men have written about this pheonomenon in past threads. I refer you to reading those threads.

If you will pardon an editorial comment (and I do not in any way fault you for being thorough in your thinking, investigation and concerns): These details you ask about are important, for sure. If they are more important than being able to get an erection (whether orgasmic or not), you may not be desperate enough for the drastic step of an implant. This is a personal observation that applies to me and may not be applicable to any other man on Earth. Being able to have coitus and be the instrument of my lover's orgasms by penis-in-vagina sex overwhelmed all other considerations, including being able to have my own orgasms, show an erection, nothing else mattered to me.

My doc's advice and my personal experience is that the more inflated I pump my dick, the longer I can last, or put another way, the harder it is to come. Prior to my implant, we engaged in a lot of oral for obvious reasons. I have found it is still pleasant with the implant, but I prefer only a little inflation. My Titan flaccid is more than a mouthful for my wife, and I like how I conform to her mouth and tongue.

A full inflation gives me a super hard erection; my staying power is amazing, and these circumstances are better for intercourse (which she absolutely loves) for us.

Sensitivity was unchanged immediately post-op from what it was pre-op and has not changed in the 21 months since then. Ability to orgasm has changed. Immediately pre-op orgasm was easy. Immediately post-op, it was delayed considerably. in the 21 months since, orgasms have become easier and more frequent. Now, I orgasm almost every time we make love, though it still takes somewhat longer for me than it did pre-op. A happy outcome, since pre-op I very often orgasmed within a minute of insertion and now it can take as long as 5 or 10 minutes of of active coitus.

I agree with Mike. The harder my erection, the more difficult it is to cum. Blowjobs i dont always pump that hard but for intercourse i wanna be all i can be. So if i cant cum during intercourse, i let a little out and she finishes me off with some great head. Its kind of ironic that for years i couldnt get hard and now i get too hard !

I really do appreciate the frank an$ honest discussions here on Franktalk! I do not have an implant yet but am researching and trying to really make an informed decision when the time comes. Not doubt this forum is helping me do just that! I want to know everything from everybody who has had an implant. I saw my Urologist today and we touch on getting an implant when that time comes. I actually held both implants in my hands. I just want to thank everyone who has contributed in anyway to this forum as really helps guys like me who wants to know everything there is to know regarding getting an implant. I don’t think it’s possible to ask our doctors everything but this forum really fills in the gaps. Again thank you guys!

My orgasms -- the feeling as well as what "works" to bring me to that point -- are the same with an implant as they were before. My implant didn't change anything for me related to orgasm or sensitivity or anything. It just makes my dick hard.
