Coloplast Titan deflation issues

I am 57 years old and just had my Coloplast Titan Surgery 5 weeks ago. At the end of the 4th week I was successful having intercourse and was able to achieve orgasm easily for which I am very happy about. I have been doing the up and down routine each day and I have been concerned with knowing if I have it fully deflated or not. Even after I was showed how at the doctor's office, within a little while afterwards on the way home it became semi-erect again. Even after I depress the one-touch valve at home while inflating and deflating, I am experiencing the same thing a short while afterwards. I do squeeze the pump once afterwards to close the valve. I feel like I am also always partially erect all the time. I walk around semi-hard around 90 to 120 degrees during the day not fully hard but not at all flexible which makes sitting down and wearing any clothing uncomfortable. At night I lay on the bed and it stands straight up and I find it difficult to sleep. Am I just not giving it more time to relax down or am I doing something wrong? Any one experience this or have any suggestions?
Thanks

I had an AMS700 and loved it, it failed and was replaced with coloplast, I too have difficulty getting completely flaccid, so I’m curious if it’s a common problem myself

After reading many many posts that really helped me to understand things, I decided to try and hold the one touch button in all the time while deflating. I was able to deflate better and now no longer at 90 and 120 degrees. I tried pumping two times after and so far the feeling of being re-inflated seems to only occur early in the morning. A quick button depress and squeeze then follow-up with twp quick pumps and back to normal. Feeling much better now mentally on wearing cloths and sleeping at night. Now, since I have been deflated more, I seem to get more stinging sensations which hopefully are normal during healing. Going to see how things go as I am still having to take a bunch of ibuprofen for discomfort.
