Max Length
I reached my pre implant stretch length this morning of 6.5 ". Will this be the maximum or will I be able to gat a little more? I was about 6.75" erect before ED. I'm happy with what I have and don't want to sound greedy.
65 Periodic ED since 20's due to venous leakage. Pills stopped working . Implanted 3/2012 removed 6/2012 in a"WTF Moment" after several complications. Re-implanted 4/5/19 AMS 700CX

I've got the same implant and over time, I've gained another 1/4" from lifelong length.

Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

I ve had a Cx for about 5 years and gain a bit more than 1/4 of inch.
Maybe engorgement will make you feel longer than pumped and non aroused.
Depending of how the surgeon sized you. It s hard to tell. I think that if you can pump to the max (the pump become flat), and does not feel discomfort after 20 minutes, you are at the maximum stretching your implant can provide.
Sure this are just my two cents.
You can target girth by taking E.D. pills or better and cheaper natural medecines.
It give an sensitive boost and women like girth. Your lenght is really on the top rank btw
