How soon after implant surgery can you have sex?

Hey guys,
The blue balls are bad. Been talking with a girl, very hot, she wants to have sex. I'm trying to say I can't for other reasons as it's a casual thing for now. But don't want to keep her waiting for too long to where she loses interest.
I don't really have any pain at this point. I'm about 12 days post op but haven't started cycling yet. My doctor visit is 3 weeks post op. Is 3 weeks long enough do you think? How soon have some people done it or felt like they were ready? I kinda want to see if I can move the follow up to a sooner date to start cycling. I have no penile pain at all. But do have swelling and bruising in areas

You will get many and varied answers on here.
The safest bet is: ask your surgeon
My memory is dimming however I think I ‘put it in’ gently at about the 4 week mark.
Vigorous “in out-in out” didn’t happen for a month later.
The healing process is slow and gradual.
Others may be able to give more precise data.
The last thing you want is to damage tissue in your cock

Okay and damn that seems like a long time. What's driving me crazy is I legit have never had a girl I was this attracted to in every way be interested in anything sexually with me lol. Shes so hot its not funny, I'm dying right now ugh. And from talking with her, its pretty much assured at least for now. I'll call my surgeon tomorrow and ask.

Absolutely the right move :)
In the meantime try thinking about a story that can explain why you are out of action. Probably not so easy at your young age.
Perhaps a sport injury suffered in the past that needed rectifying that you had put off until now...... nothing serious and all will be fine? You could work on building a romantic and intellectual connection.....perhaps that will impress more than quick sex and then the slow decay of the friendship

You could tell her the truth and tell her when its healed she will experience the best sex of her life you will be able to make her cum so many times she will beg for you to stop.

I suppose you should ask your surgeon.
I'm a hell of a lot older than you, and I used it at between 3 and 4 weeks.

My wife and I also tried it out between 3 and 4 weeks. Started slow and then it ended up being way to long for the first time. We were at it for about an hour. I was really sore for a couple days after.

It had just been so long we were really nto it. Over 3 years since I was really hard. It was good though. Using it pretty regular since then. A couple weeks ago we were at it off and on from about 7 at night in the pool till about 1 then moved inside.

Nice thing is you can just keep going and going. Think Energizer bunny. It really is good. No refractory period at all.

I would agree with others call your surgeon, see what they say. My doc at 3 weeks said said go have fun. I overdid it the first time though. Easy to do. Nice thing is, we were so into it, I did not feel any pain until the next day. The sex was to good to worry about it.

Sex for us is actually pretty easy and has been since the first try post-op.
After about 10 minutes, she want me gone. It usually doesn't let me finish, but she gets pleasure from it.

I guess for a 78 year old woman she does all right.
I'd use it every day, but she likes a day off.
She doesn't always adhere to that rule lol.

At 57, I am lucky a couple times a week with the wife. The positive is it usually lasts an hour or so now. Back to our old normal.
