Pump placement

So I’ll start out by saying I’m not a fan of implants, got and hate it.
Now on my first surgery the pump pushed the tubing out the base of my dick.
Got that revised and now I have a pump in front of my balls and now can track the tubes from the Cylinder all the way down to the pump which look like a awkward dick in my balls. Most fucking unsightly. So I’ve contacted a couple doctors about malleable and almost down the board it’s not as hard and will always look weird. Strangely enough they think my current implant looks good which draws a huge amount spectacular f you too me.

So too my question! Now that I’m stuck with this has anyone asked for it to be closer to the butt and away from the balls. Or somewhere way off!

Most folks seem to prefer behind the testicles. A little harder to get to for inflation, but less conspicuous.

How does your implant operate? Can pump up easily and deflate easily? Pain or discomfort for you or your partner? Cosmetic dissatisfaction would be a hard sell for revision, but pain or operational disability would give you a stronger argument.

I’m very sexually active(with different partners often) so for me the fact that it this is always unexceptional to me

This is the result of a revision, the first install did exactly the same as yours. The tubing was about to come right through the scroutum. I actually prefer it low and to one side
