Before my implant, I could pump up the VED and get a nice, full, straining feeling in my penis similar to what I felt with a natural erection (in my youth).

Now, with the implant, pumped up, the feeling is very much the same. My glans does not contribute as much as is did in the past or inside the VED, but the convenience of not having the external apparatus makes that trade-off a no-brainer.

It s like a stretching feeling. If you have a venous leak the implant can correct it and with arousal the erection feeling is the same. Pumping make your penis more sensitive too. At first when newly implanted there is a stinging sensation which disappear with time.

I was just implanted yesterday and was inflated over night and he was hard as a rock. When I first started using a ved I had good firm erects but as time went by and damage to my vessels got worse the erections got softer and softer. Another year and I probably wouldn’t have had a good enough erection for penetration I don’t think.

I only used my VED to stretch my cock leading up to my implant. I wasn't able to use it for sex, the cock rings hurt and I didn't like the feeling at any level. I like the feel of my pumped up / implanted cock better. I still have some diminished sensitivity issues.
