I'm in the market for a implant. I have narrowed my decision down to 2 surgeon's. My biggest fear is not getting back what I had. They have both guaranteed me that they would do a pretty op measurement and said what I have I will get back. My biggest concern is nothing in life is guaranteed except death and taxes. The 2 surgeons are both high volume surgeons 250-300 a year an I have read great reviews on both. Can anyone on here tell me the good and the bad as far as pre op length vs post op. I'm scared shitless but hopefully a year from now I'm be nothing but smiles

I've notice that most guys, including myself, share your concern pre-surgery. I'm over 8 months post surgery and just getting to the point where I can tolerate 30 minutes of being pumped to the max. Cycling after surgery is a necessity! Be aware that any gains will not happen over night. Patience is the key, something that I have observe comes hard for many men. Do not let your concerns of length deter your decision. If you read some of the guys posts, you will find that there are cases where it took some as much as 18 months to regain.

Think of it this way, what good is having a fine luxury car and no gasoline to fuel it!

Thanks for your response. I'm also having the 22cm Titan. How much lenght do u have. I know 22 on u may be different on me but it will give me an idea.

I'm at 6' 7/8" inches. Up from around 6' 1/2" after surgery. I was 7' 1/4" pre-surgery via injections (when they worked)!

Thanks we are identical size I think that I would be happy with 6 7/8.

take it from one of us "little" guys ... what we wouldn't give for 6 7/8" ... or 6 1/2" ... or 6" ... or ... Well you get the idea.

Who are the 2 surgeons you have it narrowd down to if I may ask?

I heard some guys inflating first time 2-3 weeks after surgery...they will have to work on getting back their size for several months after surgery.

I will do full activation with Dr Eid tomorrow. Right now I´m less then half inflated And I can with my bare eye see that I havn´t lost any length at all.

I contacted them at the same time....Dr Eid has done his surgery on me before Kramer even replied on my email.

Yes Eid replies on the weekend. Very impressed

I was activated 17 days post surgery.
I was at lifelong length right away.
I do believe we're all different though.
