First sex since implant... unexpected problem...

Never occurred to me until this morning's sex episode that my dick pointing straight out and not "up" at all is kinda problematic for typical "missonary position" sex. Just doesn't feel the same... kinda like the unit is hard but not hard enough at the base to keep it from "folding down" a bit...not enough pressure on the "upside".

Partner on top was ok but also not quite as good as I hoped due to the same issue (lack of rigidity at the base)

Never seen this issue mentioned here before. Not sure I had it pumped up absolutely all the way (being cautious as I've not been officially activated yet)...could that be it ?

Otherwise, no pain, no problems (but no orgasms either :? )

You mention you have a 15cm implant but don't mention RTEs. If you are experiencing lack of rigidity at the base I am going to assume you have a long RTE?

There are two stickers for the RTE label box on my "AMS penile identification card" The top sticker= 1.5cm, bottom sticker= 0.5cm. I have no clue why two different lengths or if they are "long" or not...you guys tell me. :|

That is not very long, no. If you needed an RTE then having a 1.5 or 0.5 cm is good. They can be different in length if your anatomy needs it, like to correct a bend or something, but I don't know much about it to be honest.

I haven't been implanted yet as I am still trying to decide on a surgeon. I am quite concerned about a lack of rigidity at the base. If it was to wobble that would be an issue no matter how hard it is. I wound't be rushing to worry until you've actually pumped it all the way though.

Maybe others that have experience can offer some input, I am keen to know if this is common?

For the experienced AMS700 users here... how does one know when they are "absolutely" pumped up all the way ? Is it simply a matter of not being able to pump the pump no matter how hard one squeezes ? (if so I was most likely not pumped quite all the way) or do you go by "pain" factor.. or ?

Pump it till it feels hard and does not buckle. RTEs,, Talk here about RTEs not being stable. (bullshit) The rte snaps onto the implant and is very stable. I have a deep cruse. 3 inch deep. It is filled with a 5cm of RTEs. I stick straight out at 2;30 position and can hange a bath towel on it.

If that is your experience, then great!

But the reality is, RTEs do reduce rigidity:

Evinrude,
I too have a 15 cm AMS LGX but I have 2 2.5 cm RTEs as of 8 months age. When I was young 'it' pointed to 10:30 or so and now it is only 9:00 when pumped hard. But that has not been a problem with penetration-only my perception of what was. I feel that it is more wobbly than when I was younger.
You are only one month after surgery, so I would expect you will 'grow' with time and cycling. I did and am now longer than before surgery. That may make a difference with feeling.

If I am fully pumped the pump cannot be squeezed at all and cylinders are full, tips are well in glans and i cannot feel where they are on the cylinder. Deflated I can feel my tips are harder where they meet cylinder. No wobble at all to erection. Like others I can hang a bath towel on it.

For me the first time missionary was all we could do. Her either flat on back or belly. My erection would not point down enough without hurting bad to do doggy style, or any other position.

At over 4 months, now it does pretty much whatever we want. Patience. I drove myself nuts at the end of week 2. My doc deflated me from about 60 to70 percent to about 20. Started inflating for some reason. Harder and harder and more painful. Kept pushing on deflate button. Nothing. Pumped up thinking it would reset. Just got harder. Ended up having to drive to doc to him tell me my pump shifted and deflate was now pointing straight out. Felt stupid. I spent 3 days pushing the side. The titan pump is pretty small and same diameter all way around, and scrotum was still swollen. Now no problem finding button.

Just give yourself time and barring a fever and infection potential, each week gets better. At least for most of us.

I have the AMS 700 LGX. It has absolutely no wobble, but it did a little at first. I found over time that I could inflate it more and it got more rigid. Doctor told me to inflate as far as possible, wait 5 minutes, then inflate some more. Repeat a couple times. For the first several months I just pumped to max and left it. Once I started adding the extra pumps after waiting a bit, it helped tons. That made a difference for me, and has helped growth as well as rigidity. I believe the growth is good for more than just visual and pleasure; if the cylinders are thicker, they may be stiffer. He's had me inflating 4 times a day for a half hour each.

I've talked with some guys here that were never given an inflation regimen, but inflating at least twice a day, as far as you can, seems to be the advice given by most docs. It may be that with a strong program of inflation you'll lose any wobble you now have.

I point up at about 10 o'clock when fully inflated and it has no give at all. Growth over the year I've had it has been good in both girth and length.

Hope it all turns out great.
