I have also encountered this issue. The geometry is different. Before the implant I pointed upwards, now I point straight out at 3:00. This seems to change the angle of entry and the upward or downward pressure the penis exerts in the vagina. It is even more noticeable when my wife is on top.

We are trying different approaches. One that seems to help is to not pump up the implant as hard as we have been. We are experimenting with changing the geometry such as using a pillow between us to change the angle of our bodies. In some ways it is similar to being newly married, We are experimenting like teenagers. My only worry is my body is not as flexible as I once was, I found our copy of the Kama Sutra,,, there has to be at least one position that doesn't twist us like a pretzel

Pump it till it feels hard and does not buckle. RTEs,, Talk here about RTEs not being stable. (bullshit) The rte snaps onto the implant and is very stable. I have a deep cruse. 3 inch deep. It is filled with a 5cm of RTEs. I stick straight out at 2;30 position and can hange a bath towel on it.

If that is your experience, then great!

And if it was AMS it would probably be an even worse outcome.
It loses rigidity not because the RTEs themselves bend. But because the RTEs have a looser fit in the cruse. And AMS RTEs are thinner than Titan RTEs.
So if Titan loses rigidity with RTEs, it is fair to assume AMS loses even more.
Another reason is that the weak link, where the implant tends to kink, is at the junction between the fixed and the inflatable parts. And with RTEs, this point is pushed further out and that makes it easier to bend.

An experienced surgeon will always minimize usage of RTEs. Of course there can be issues with an individual which requires its usage. But in principal, with all else being equal, the more the RTEs the worse the erection. Especially a few years down the road after surgery.

On the other hand, minimizing RTEs is optimizing. Getting an implant in the first place is replacing. And replacing a limp dick with a hard dick, replacing no sex with sex whenever you want, is a hell of a bigger accomplishment than having a bit more hardness and low-flex at the base than something that already works great.

Most definitely agree. Sex anytime, anywhere, and now pretty much any position since this thing is softening up a bit and can maneuver it better now.

There might be some downsides to an implant, but when I pump up and we get naked, i could not remember one of them. And this would be without having any bourbon before. Although tequila makes her crazy sexy. After the last time in pool we just decided to be more careful imbibing and pumping up. Neither of us want to damage this thing. And is nice to remember what you did.

But hey at 58, we can still go at it for hours and hours. The soreness after just seems to last longer.

Agree. My surgeon has been installing implants for 30 years and was high volume. He was the go to guy in LA when you got a screw up. He used RTEs. We will see in a few years I guess.
