I suffer from venous leakage most likely from birth, the problems were more noticeable at 18. Pills and injections had little effect on me.

I was implanted on 19/7/2019. The surgeon could only use AMS CRX 14 + 6 RTE instead of LGX becase he said that the 1,25 inch next to my glans was very fibrotic and the surgeons could make a hole big enough for proper implant.

Length prior to implant:

normal erection 17 cm - 6,7"
VED 18 cm - 7,1"

80% inflated 15 cm - 6"

The pain is nearly nonexisted they give me a lot of pain injections. However there seems to be a big hematoma all over my penis. Can I expect some growth with time with AMS CRX?

Is the CXR enough for good sex?

Apparently even titan grows a little over time so yes crx should grow. (Maybe 1-2 cm I think over a couple years plus you aren't fully inflated) And your measurements are really good even right after surgery so yes sex should be really good. My doctor said with an implant you can do everything sex wise a normal penis can but you also have unlimited erections and better hardness

Of course, it is.

The principle requirement for good sex is the ability to keep your penis inside your partner. Even a pencil-diameter-sized implant could do that. Once able to remain inside, skin contact, rubbing, sliding, etc gives the essential sensations.

There is a lot to be said about girth. As girth increases the pressue/friction of skin contact increases. Thus, a girthier penis gives one's partner more sensation. If your fibrotic tissues (as I am guessing) are plentiful enough to require the CXR instead of the CS or LGX, you should have enough girth for your partner.

One thing I might speculate on is that if your glans and/or distal portion of your penis is larger diameter than the rest of the shaft, you may have the advantage of a bulbous penis head. That might give your partner a lot of sensation if your thrusting technique concentrates on that bulbous portion concentrating on the vaginal sphincter. Popping in and out of my lover's vaginal opening with the corona of my glans is one of her favorite sensations.

So I learned that I got AMS CRX 14+6. That is a lot of RTE. My penis is bulging a lot. I hope it softens and looks natural with time.

Isn't 6 RTE quite a lot?

6cm is extremely long. You should ask your surgeon why they needed 6cm! RTEs cause the inflatable part to bend making the erection unstable over time. He would need to give you a very good reason in my opinion.

Does anybody know what is the price of just the implant for example ams lgx?

Day 5 the hematoma and the swelling is getting away. I have a plaster over penoscroral incision and I found little red discharge from the incision. Is it normal or should I be concerned?
