Because of the type of implant. I received AMS CXR 14+6 cm due to fibrosis in left tip.

The CXR implant is thin, it has the connective tuning further from the base shortening usable length, moreover, I am about 2 cm shorter overall. I mostly want improved girth and hopefully some length. I want titan revision but I am paying out of pocket so I need to discuss costs.

Beginning to discuss implant with wife

Postby notaes » Thu Sep 19, 2019 8:51 am

I went to see my urologist this past week and he finally just told me if your going to continue having sex your going to have to have an implant. I have known for sometime that I could not keep abusing my cock with needles as I have scaring on each side of my cock. My wife was not present during my visit. So the subject came up with her this week as to how my urology appointment went. I told her the doctor said if we are going to continue having sex that I would need to have an implant. I have watch some of the videos on you tube etc. my wife has been a nurse fo4 forty years and retired two years ago. She know nothing about implant nor the surgery for men. She knows I hate catheters but I have tolerated the when I have had to have them inserted in my penis. I’m sure I would do ok with the surgery. Any feedback on how long you have to h@ve a catheter in your penis would be appreciated. Well the info is now out on the table hopefully we will” make a good decision and move forward soon.

Hi, I was implanted June of last year. It was done as an out patient so I went home with both a drain and penis cath. I have had many foleys through the years, some were no problem some were. This one was NOT a problem at all, it came out in two days. The drain had to stay in for I think 5 days, better to get rid of the blood rather then let it build up inside you. That thing was kind of a pain to deal with but did not hurt when it was removed. Everything went great with my implant, and I love what it did for my flaccid size, went from less then an inch to 4" flaccid :o , and my erect size, 5.5", is the same as I have always had. I love my new dick and the fact that I can make it as hard as I want whenever I want for as long as I want.
If you have ANY questions about my implant or would like to see some pictures, I would be happy to "show & tell". No question is to personal, I'm an open book, just PM me anytime.

12 week post op update: Now I am pain free during sex which is great. Oh boy do I enjoy functioning penis :D

There are some issues however. After long session I feel tingling sensation at the base of the penis. Secondly, I am unable to reach orgasm during sex and the feeling in glans is diminished. I hope it gets better with time.

Thirdly, I am not very fond of the skinny CXR model and I plan to undergo a revision in the near future.
