Length right after implant surgery

Postby Hoping » Tue Jul 16, 2019 9:14 am

Hi guys,
I'm hoping to hear from people who can remember their length in the first few weeks after surgery. Maybe how much it was inflated and how much shorter it might have been to their current erect length? And maybe the amount of time/cycling to get to current erect length?
I have a titan, about 1.5 inches shorter than before, about 5 days out from surgery, its about 70% inflated I think
Thanks!

Might be helpful to mention original size when talking about how much shorter it is now. For example if one was 8" and lost 1.5" I would think not that big a deal. But if you were 5" and lost 1.5" we're in disaster category

As for me, being a shorter guy, I need every millimeter...was 4.75" and I seem to have lost .25" ...but have yet to inflate all the way so maybe it will get back to max soon enough.

I was 6.25" bone pressed length, so maybe 5.5" from base to tip. Currently I'm 4" from base to tip. So pretty disastrous currently
And wow that does make it sound like I wasn't sized right. You only lost like a quarter of an inch and haven't fully inflated yet and are recently out of surgery as well.

Literally every member that has been implanted says it takes several months to get to their final size. Most regain all their length or very close to it. You're way to early in the recovery to be looking at a final length. Give it some time.

Hey Quincy, happy to hear you recovered your size fully. How much did your penis size reduce immediately after post surgery? This will give newcomers a better idea of what to expect.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I don’t even want to look yet! My surgery was less than 24 hours ago. Got a 22 cms. Titan. But I guess we need to be patient from what I’ve been reading here. So, don’t worry too much now, you’re young and everything will stretch out just right. I’ll tell you guys when I see. Regards

When I was researching, i was interested in cm implanted and preop stretch length right before surgery, and what they ended up with.

That is why it is so important for everyone to put that in their signature block. It makes it easier to compare.

I have 19 cm total and have gotten to my 6.25 preop stretch.

If you got over 20 cm implanter, unless your crus was super deep I would not get real worried. Looking at a lot of tag lines of individuals with 20 cm and longer implants, they are well over 6 inches pumped up. Each cm is about. 4 inches.

If after your swelling goes down in your shaft. Your scrotum is no longer sore and you c as n inflate and deflate no problem. Make sure you feel your shaft is hard with no ridges. Your tips should be well in your glans.

If all that happens you were probably sized right. If your cylinders are hard with all the ridges gone and your tips are not in your glans, you are probably short.

It just takes 3 to 4 months for your body to get even some semblance of comfort with an implant.

So pstience, the week after my implant, my fat pad was swollen so bad I looked a lot shorter.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

When I searched the name of my potential implanter, only one poster showed up. This was one of his posts I found..

"Was implanted with Titan Oct. 2016 at age 69. Lost some size to begin with. After several months, I began to gain size and am now larger than before surgery.
At last checkup, doctor said he could do a revision after one year and enlarge even further. Must be he thought I was dissatisfied with the size! Has anyone ever done a revision just in order to gain size?"

I should probably clarify that I'm kinda guessing on the "fully inflated" bit as I have yet to be officially "activated" and I'm going by the fact that I have yet to "pump the pump till it pumps no more". But being new at this, it is entirely possible my current 4.5" is all the little guy will go for now.
