Congrats, I'm fairly certain after some bumps, hiccups & what have I done you'll have a penis that works & is of sufficent size to make you happy......maybe. :D Just please be patient for a few months & give it time to size itself. The implant knows what to do.

I saw a member here that was implanted with a titan who’s pre and post implant girth is 4.5”. Would it be reasonable to assume his implant is not fully expanded?

Don't dismiss the chance that is as far as his trunica will expand. An implant likely can't exceed what your body will allow.

That’s what I’m thinking too. I wonder if guys who find themselves losing girth post implant have cylinders that are to thin. I wish there was as many options for implants as there is for prosthetic arms and legs.

Just a quick thought. You can have 2 totally unrelated issues that have the same outcome. Genetically small diameter trunica's or undersized cylinders. Both could lead to reduced girth. Having said that. I haven't track girth claims on LGX patients. I suspect that they're some 6" girth guys in that group but honestly I don't know. I'm fairly sure that there are Titan owners that are under 6" girth.
Oh, a wild card. Not everyone has the same amount of flesh covering their trunica's.
It might be nice to hear from a few LGX guys that are at 6" & some Titan guys under 6" just to gather that data in one thread.
Remember that many prosthetic arms & legs are custom made.

I have a Titan implanted a year ago this past June. My "natural" girth has always been 5.5". I say natural because from using trimix for over 12 years, I gained just over an inch in girth, 6.5+". I lost that "gained" girth with my implant and I'm back to my 5.5". Right after the implant and for over 4 months I was about 5 inches in girth but slowly I have regained that 1/2". I am 5.5" long by 5.5" girth which is what I have been all of my adult life. The one BIG improvement is my new flaccid size. All my life I have been a "turtle dick", less then an inch flaccid, now I have a 3.5" - 4" flaccid dick! NO MORE TURTLE DICK!! Love that.

Im wondering if a more accurate method for determining post op girth would be to tightly measure 100% flaccid girth with a very very tightly pulled cloth tape. Then use an online oval or elipse circumference calculator to determine an accurate circumference of chosen implant. They have good elipse calculations that can get very close. X= 22+22 Y= 22 for a titan i suppose.
Then add both tight flaccid measure to elipse measurement.

I think it depends on if you're a grower or shower.
I was a grower and flaccid, wasn't at all girthy.
85 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

I guess my method was to get a measurement of how much "meat" or non erect flesh will surround the implant. Then add that to the overall measurement. If that makes any sense.
