Why do I read so many post about lost length with the Coloplast Titan Implant. My surgeon told me not lost not gain but more girth. Suggestions are very welcomed

It could be that many Titans are used in patients with peyronies.
Maybe there's a connection?

I would agree with that except every good surgeon should do a pretty OP measurement. My Dr told me what he measures is what I'll get

I can only relate my results.
The first time I was inflated, I was a fraction on an inch shorter than my benchmark length.
After nearly 6 months, I've gained 1/4".
I think my doc sized me perfectly since there is no discomfort in the glans.
Inflated, I think my glans is a bit shorter than it was, but so far, I like everything.
