Pardon my ignorance but shouldn't the implant completely determine the penis size?
So 15 cm implant = 5 inches and 18 cm = 6 inches or something like that?

Much of the implant remains inside the body. How much depends on your specific anatomy. But the real determining factor for length is the size of your own penis. It only stretches so far, and a longer implant will not work. The implant cylinders would bend and fold in an implants that is too long for the penis, and in many cases an implant that is too long will "erode" through the skin of the penis.

So no, putting in a longer implant doesn't give a longer penis. Your doctor will find the size that fits you best.

Quincy is correct. The doctor will insert a measuring device into the penis where the cylinders will be and measure what length is required. Most doctors will insert what ever applies and then adjustments are also made with the rte's at the base. But you are only going to have what you were born with.

Now if the doctor is not a specialists on implants, then that is a different story. He might insert cylinders that are not long enough and into the glan and there have been some reports of short changing a person in the length, but most of those were when it was new type of surgery. Great improvements have been made to where you will feel as normal as can be.

About one third of implant length is inside the body. So two thirds of the implant length plus glans is a general estimate of length. It’s just a ballpark estimate. Everyone is different.

Best way to learn about the implant surgery is to go to YouTube. Search for Dr. Kramer. He has a ton of videos of real surgeries along with a running dialog. One of the nice things. If he runs into something a bit unusual, he'll spend a bit explaining what he did & why. Oh, I'm pretty sure I've seen him throw away an implant that he didn't like the looks of. Very meticulous.
Even if you don't go to him, his videos are great to watch & very insightful. Be aware, you'll be seeing penis surgery & all the gore. It isn't bad at all in my opinion. My wife didn't like it.
