Same here. I'm 8 weeks into it and although I had no real pain from the implant, my balls have always been very sensitive to the point where only one woman could touch them and no one could suck on them. I didn't try much up until after 6 weeks. The pump was very hard to squeeze and it was afraid of it slipping out of my fingers like a marble. Ouch. I'm now at 8 weeks and can pump it up well with no discomfort at all and have had the good fortune to give it a test drive on 3 women this past week. Deflating is still a little sketchy and I take it really slow. Hang in there, it gets better quickly. The motivation for me to master the pump came after I realized that the only thing that stood between my and pussy was my fear of the pump! My fear has since abated. LOL

Great to hear that you found the problem and got the valve unstuck. I've had that happen several times with my AMS pump, but it doesn't get super hard like yours did, it just presses in and stays in. That's my signal that the valve is in the wrong position. I have to push very hard on the deflate button and try again.

When you are inflating, if the valve is in the deflate position, you should hear/feel a little pop as it changes position. You'll get used to it after just a short time. When deflating, many of us get the full deflation we can, squeezing the dick, etc., and then add just a partial pump to force the valve into the inflate position for the next inflation, whenever that may be. If I do that, I have less trouble with the valve sticking in the wrong position.

You're doing great, it just takes a while to get used to it all.

UPDATE had sex first time after implant, felt like a rebirth!
Finally after a few years of avoiding sex (once pills stopped working) I AM BACK!
And it feels great! Of course was not sure and a bit apprehensive, but it worked great
My libido was never affected has been very aroused and had to take care of it manually
SUPER frustrating as u all know.
Now feels like I was born again!

BUT it is so difficult to use the pump, once i managed with super pressure to pop the valve, I kept the hard on all night before I had sex
Wasnt very pleasant feeling hurt a bit, but didnt want to take the chance of not being able to pump it right before sex.
A few minutes ago tried to pump it up, but again had a very hard time till I felt the valve releasing and then it worked
I know I have to keep it pumped for a few hours every day to stretch it back to original size
But hopefully like u guys say it should get easier with time
Or maybe I need to invent a VISE of some sort that would not hurt but increase the strength of my grip
I know it sounds dangerous but if I make one from semi soft material that would just grab the round pump and with limiting the grip range, it might work

How about the big nerf hammer from a wack-a-mole game? Just kidding. I strongly suspect that now that you've learned the trick that you'll cycle it more. More cycling should make it easier to use.
Just a thought. How about one of those spring exercise tools for your grip. Maybe you just need to limber up or develope your grip strength. Buy a bag of pecans, practice cracking the shells with one hand. One of those rubber stress balls that some people squeeze. Good luck, you've almost got it mastered.

A rubber stress ball the same size as the pump bulb should be just about perfect. A paint ball (from paint ball gun) might work. Just don't break it.

A lot of the hardness of the pump is caused by the fact that your cylinders aren't quite stretched out yet. Think of it like a balloon. The first time you blow one up it's hard to get air in them but let it deflate and blow it up again and it easier. The same effect is what's happening to your implant. You also still have some swelling that is also putting back pressure on the system. I remember just what you are going through. It's like pressing on a large marble and nothing happens. You will get the hang of it and a year from now you will be giving someone advise just like us veterans.

So you see a guy with paint on his fingers "What happened"? "Ah, well you see, I was practicing to get an erection & the stupid paint ball broke". Words never spoken by a man!
Kind of sounds like the beginning of a Benny Hill skit.

I had a Coloplast Titan Touch Implant. It was fitted in April but because of severe bleeding, it is only ready to use now! My short meeting with my doctor was a disaster. He didn’t have time to really help me pump or deflate my implant at all. He said, you will have to see a nurse to help you....in two months! (UK) So I paying private to see a nurse next week. But goodness me, I have this fear I will not be able to deflate! My attempts were total failures! Has everyone managed to deflate the Titan okay!? I try to find the damn release valve every day, but it is not obvious. Very worried as this implant being a success is almost life and death to me. Thanks.

You should have received a key fob of the Titan pump. One side has a small indentation and the other a small raised bump. Put it in a sock or some other type of material and practice feeling the difference between the different shapes hold it then check it out to see if you were on the right spot it shouldn't take more than a few tries to get it right .When you do try to release the pressure squeeze down firmly for the count o five that should work fine,
