I don’t think a ved would have any effect if you have an implant. If you can’t get completely hard you should consult your surgeon. Or possibly get a second opinion from another experienced implant doctor.

I think the last thing I would do is to ved my dick and pull it past the tips of my implant. You want the tips to be well into the glan and stay there. If they drop down scar tissue might form and getting them back up there might be impossible.
