I'm 6 weeks out. Pumping has become easier but still can't get it rock hard. Pain is bad. Still thinner and shorter than I was. And frankly my penis just looks ugly now. This thing is as intimidating as a Trump Hating 400 pound woman in a pussy costume at Planet Fitness.

Now that you have your laugh. Has anyone tried using an external vacumm pump while inflating your implant. Are there negatives? Does it help with the size or the bending.. can it help recovery or make it worse ? Can it shorten the life of the implant. I don’t think a ved would have any effect if you have an implant. If you can’t get completely hard you should consult your surgeon. Or possibly get a second opinion from another experienced implant doctor.

I think the last thing I would do is to ved my dick and pull it past the tips of my implant. You want the tips to be well into the glan and stay there. If they drop down scar tissue might form and getting them back up there might be impossible.
