Scar Tissue Reservoir Issues

Postby Vagabond127 » Tue Jul 09, 2019 2:02 pm

Having some problems with bladder. Urine retention and bladder uncomfortable. Could it be scar tissue or issue with resorvoir?

My lay opinion (take it for what it's worth), the symptoms you describe require the immediate attention of a urologist, especially if they came on suddenly.

A more complete medical history behind your question might make my speculation more specific, but inability to void your bladder completely does not sound like a reservoir-associated phenomenon. Complete voiding is important for bladder health, not to mention personal convenience.

Thanks Lost Sheep. I'm going for CAT scan next week and urologist following week.

You are most welcome.

Frankly, I would go to the urologist first unless there is some other reason for the CAT scan. No need for (expensive) imaging if a clinical exam reveals the cause.

Again, just my lay opinion.
