How Far Into Glands Do Your Cylinders Go? Anyone Able to Share?

Hello everyone,

Would those with an implant be able to share how far EXACTLY into the glands their cylinders go?

Is it 1/4 or 1/2 or 3/4? Or maybe 1/3 or 2/3? Does this change across the three states: flaccid, pumped, pumped + arousal?

I don't think my surgeon will give me a full on floppy head, but what about a partial floppy head? I would assume the glands are firmer the farther the cylinders go into the glands?

If I can get some data on this, then I will be able to discuss this very precisely with him.

My problem is that I can't find insurance to cover me flying to the US and feel that complications could bankrupt me. I therefore want to go to London and use Mr Ralph.

I imagine Eid or Kramer will insert the cylinders AS FAR AS THEY WILL FIT therefore giving the maximum firmness. The risk with other surgeons is that they will be cautious and insert them just a little bit?

If anyone is willing to share this I would greatly appreciate it!

I really don't think travel to the US is possible, and I want to be fitted to perfection!

Thanks!

I would say that mine goes a little over half way. When oumped and not aroused theres no floppy head. When aroused it looks very natural like it used to.

Over half way, Thanks beachbum! What about when you're pumped, but not aroused... is that enough keep it firm?

Mine tips are at 1/2 when pumped and just slightly below coronal ridge when deflated.
I had floppy head regardless of tips being half way into the head unless I take 5 mg of Cialis which improves my floppy head a lot but still not close to what I had before prostatectomy ( Prostate removed for Ca)
Before implant ( after RP) I had floppy head which was caused by clipping of blood vessels which supplied blood to corpus spongiform.

My cylinder tips go about 3/4 of the way (or a little more) into glans not pumped and pretty close to the tip when pumped (between 1/2 and 1/4 inch from tip) but it really depends on if the glans is engorged or not. No floppy head what so ever. My doctor did a great job.

Thanks Lunatech. Sounds like they were placed nicely in there indeed!

I see you were implanted recently with 18cm + 4 RTE. I am not sure I fully understand RTEs. Do you know why that configuration was chosen? Like, if you needed 22cm in length, why not just use a 22cm implant? Or even a 20 cm + 2 cm RTE?

That is good the Cialis helps you. I plan on continuing to take the 5 mg Cialis myself also actually. If the glans engorgement doesn't happen with the implant, then I will be taking the meds!

My tips go into my glans 1/2 way when pumped up. Flaccid, right side is below glans and left side is 1/2 inch below right side. Installed is a 15 + 5 cm extension. My cruse is 3 inch deep and the 5 cm is what was needed to get the inflation tubes up near the pubic bone. 6 inch external useable dick. No problems having the extensions.

From what the doc told me, the 4cm was in the boney (cruse) area and there was no need to have the inflatable cylinders there as it could possibly cause a failure point. He said this gave me a nice solid base for the cylinders. This is just the way he does things and I'm totally happy with how things worked out. I wasn't at first but you can read my thread about that here Went from "What did I do" to "OH YEAH!!"
