for me, the Corpus Caversoum is essentially non functional. I still get some engorgement in the spongiosum and the glans, when I'm aroused.

I do still feel arousal, just like before, and the normal feelings associated with it, but there is no erectile function al all. This isn't a problem for me, since I couldn't get any action under almost any conditions before. The feelings are all still terrific, it's just the mechanism that has changed.

Before: no erection at all without trimix, and could not stay hard with trimix
After: just with the implant.

Hope this helps. Feel free to send me a PM if you have more questions.

Pre-op: great erections/ girth! My ED problem presented as inability to hold the erection to effect vaginal penetration. I had no 'disease-causing' limitations/ procedures as many on FT had.

Post-op: implant erection ony! Glans has significantly less engorgement than pre-op but still sensitive...just enough for vaginal penetration.

Pics/ addl detail available via PM.

Pre op : sometimes could get a semi hard on, and after a few seconds, go soft. Need to be very aroused.

Post op : without pumping the implant can get hard enough to penetrate. With pumping = harder and more girth.

frenchboy,

How can an implant ' get hard enough" on its own w/o pumping?

Thanks for asking this question exactly as you have done. I hope others will weigh in. I have some plumping that happens when i take viagra, then place a ring around it, then i can insert it but it is very soft and then i can cum in about 5 minutes before it is lost again. i am considering the implant.

I get corpora spongiosum and glans erections, especially if I use a soft silicone cock ring around my cock and balls. My cock also twitches when my glans is touched or when it touches my clothes, so there is some residual reaction left. My glans became more sensitive after the implant.

A three piece implant. When both rods are well sitted they can restrict bloodflow when aroused. Enough to make it enable for intercourse. By the way the bloodflow is like trapped and can feel pressure.

I ve made a topic saying i m concerned about this because few days ago I had this residual bloodflow and lost it. Quite bothered because I have to wait to inflate (21 days post op, have to wait 6 weeks). Need to check if it s because it s deflated and the implant needs to be fully inflated to restrict bloodflow.
