First sex after

Had mine today after appx 3 weeks

It hurt/ached to fully inflate and to move it around

Post orgasm was painful too

I know it’s early but anyone know when it will feel normal or no pain/aches

Any suggestions

Mine was tolerable with no pain at 6 weeks. Try less pressure. Max pressure will cause you pain even after 1 year. It is the stretch effect.

Mine was about 6 weeks but i've always had it fully pumped and had to release pressure ten minutes after sex due to pain.
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

As suggested by Bushpig and oldbeek, three weeks after implant is probably too soon to expect sex to be pain-free, though probably not too soon to consummate the act.

Did your surgeon give you the go-ahead?

This too, shall pass and you will be enjoying pain-free sex, once you re-learn what your (new) performance parameters are. Experimentation with new positions and modes of movement can be a great deal of fun as well as edifying.

Mine was FANTASTIC at 5 weeks... the day my uro-surgeon gave me the "okay for liftoff" ... wasn't penetrative but was me starting by masturbating and my husband down there, taking over and finishing me off with a hand-job. Besides feeling as good as it did when I was 18, my husband swore that if he didn't already know, he'd have no idea I had an implant. Penetrative sex was a few days later... obviously anal... and it felt GREAT to both of us. No pain during or after.
