Anyone ever hear of the insurance provider Global Protective Solutions? Or Custom Assurance Placements?

They are ONLY ones that I can find who will offer cover for complications with the implant - and they do offer it specifically.
It will be like $600 - anyone know if they are legit? I would love to find a UK company but no cigar unfortunately.
