At ten days how many pumps can you get in not little squeeze pumps but full flattened oot the ball ones.if you have a 125 cc reservoir you should be able to get around 40 . If you can then your very close to what your end result will be within a centimeter.

At 20 are you still able to bend it it’s early in the healing process if you can still bend the shaft you have more to go maybe too painful at this point A couple of other things when you pump it to 20 do you have pain at the tips and pain at the bottom of the shaft. I really don’t know that much about the approach that your doctor uses infrapubic Dr Eid’s is through the scrotum. Maybe somebody else here can chime in on the approach that you’ve used with a better answer

Whoa matey........ way too early!
I didn’t reach maximum girth and length until 12 months post op and even then I think I had gains right up to 18 months.
Be patient and follow exactly what Perito says....he knows his job better than anyone who simply has an opinion

You are correct Kurt, the cylinder tips are suppose to go about half way into the gland. My last revision they had to pull mine in about half an inch further into the gland and change the rte's. I never had a floppy gland though because I could still get a partial erection without pumping at all. But the surgeon noticed it and repositioned my cylinders.
And the doctor was correct when he told you not to be pumping it up yet. I believe it was like three weeks post surgery that he gave me the green light to use it.
He done a great job on me and I almost have my full length which used to be eight inches. I do work it every night and it has gotten back to what it used to be. Lot more girth which I really like. Not that much interested in anymore length.
I think you might be rushing it a bit. You will get your sensation all back and more.

Not sure what it all requires for a surgeon, but I started having a partial revision and was just going to change the MS pump, but he noticed that the cylinder tips were at the base of the gland and he felt they needed to be pulled in about half an inch. I suppose he pulled the two cylinders out, they made a couple of tiny holes on the tip of the gland and pulled the cylinders in to where the tips are about the center of the gland, then he just replaced the rte's as needed to give you your full length. I still had the incision done on the scrotum to replace the pump and he installed a larger reservoir. But I was all healed up in about eighteen days.
