V.E.D Help

Hi guys. I'm a bit concerned when i use the V.E.D over the pumped up implant. When i start pumping the pressure seems to pull the pump up towards the base of the shaft. I can feel my tube at the base and concerned that the opening of the V.E.D could damage the tubes.
Is this normal or can anyone comment on what happens with them please?

Damage the tubes? How about damage to your skin, pinched between the tubes or pump and the base of the WED cylinder?

My implant's pump is high enough in my scrotum that I cannot get a seal at the base of the V.E.D. cylinder at all.

I have considered taking a file or small grinding tool to machine a relief into the base of the cylinder (making sure the SMOOTH the surfaces to a high polish!!!) to get a seal.

I am not ready to do that yet, as I am unsure if I would get any benefit from the V.E.D. post-implant protocol. It would render the V.E.D. permanently worthless to any other man to whom I might give it away.

I had the same problem. Would get pain at the base of the pump where it meets tubing. Wondered if a soft ring on first might take away from the pressure but still form a seal. Was just too painful. Never really pursued it but would like too if anyone else has suggestions.

Cal exotics make a thick silicone ring to use with a 1 3/4 to 3inch cylinder. I got mine at Amazon.

Just wondered WHY you use the VED over an already pumped up implant - Also surprised you can get the tube over an implanted penis that has already been pumped up???

My surgeon suggested I use VED over flaccid penis, then manually inflate the implant so as to occupy the space of the vacuum sucked penis. I have done this many times with 2 problems..

1) The VED sucks the implant+pump up so high that I have to release a little from the VED to be able to squeeze the pump
2) My VED length is much longer than the implant, so it never fills all the space when I manually inflate. Meaning when I release the VED pressure, my inflated size goes back to the length of the implant.

Looks like a number of guys here are using a V.E.D over a pumped up implant to try and encourage growth.
I'm trying but just concerned about causing any damage to tubes at the base where the opening of the device makes contact.
Thanks Oldbeek for your suggestion - anymore comments/ ideas/ solutions most welcome.

So it appears you are trying to extend an already inflated implant, whereas my Dr said to use the VED to increase the Space in the penis (forgot the medical word) so that the implant can naturally extend into it when manually inflated, adding that if the penis responds to stretching then a later revision can use a larger implant....
You might want to try that method as well to see which is most comfortable and workable.

Bought my VED online - cant remember make but it is a 2" wide tube, 8" long, that came with 2 rubber rings (one thick and one thin) that you put on the end of the tube as comfortable padding between skin and round end of plastic tube. I can then choose my ring depending how wide I fitted in the tube. A little gel or cream on both skin and rubber ring easily makes a comfortable tight seal.

Dont know width of your tube but especially with the rubber ring I cannot insert my inflated implant into my tube, so using the VED over the flaccid penis is the only option for me...
