Yes. Viaswiss apparently has both. PFS for 12 years and VL recently diagnosed. I overlooked the PFS, but the point of my message would remain unchanged in any event.

So I am 32, I've had ED for 12 years due to Post Finasteride Syndrome. Viagra and Cialis are hit or miss, requiring higher doses, and the side effects arent always fun to deal with. It sucks popping one and hoping it works, and then hoping the lady end up in the mood. Otherwise its time, money, and will power wasted.

Anyways I was just diagnosed with Venous Leakage. Dr prescribed BiMix and wants me to give it a whirl. He said "if I were you I would exhaust all your option prior to deciding to implant". He said he is open to it if I decide its what I want, but at my age he isn't fully for it. Said he does around 50 or 60 a year, has spent time learning from Dr. Perito. Said he would probably do Titan and incision through the scrotum. Price would be $13,500 if insurance does not cover.

Here is the thing though. I'm 32. I dont really want to be injecting into my dick for the next 40 or so years. I hate the non-spontaneity. I've read hundreds of implant stories here and even though I would require multiple revisions in my life, I think I'm ready for it. Hopefully my insurance covers.

Btw, He did not do TriMix because I've tried alprostadil on its own and it was painful and not very effective.

I'm 39 and about to get implanted. I had a lot of the same experiences as you...Pills would work, sometimes, could sometimes get a boner, but maybe 10-20% of the time it was good enough to actually do the deed. Or I could take a massive dose and fuck my way through a massive multiday headache. Alprostadil barely worked on me, and made my entire crotch feel like someone had a boxing match with it. Bimix did barely anything.

Wasn't finasteride for me, just been lifelong. Got diagnosed with moderate VL, and even though I don't have a terrible sex life, I'm taking the plunge...Because maybe some miracle cure will come someday in the future, but it sure hasn't in the 20+ years I've been fighting ED! I'm ready to have reliable function and not always feel a sense of dread along with my arousal, not knowing whether I will get right up to the edge, get my partner turned on and ready, and just be completely unable to do anything about it.
