Wondering if my after implant flaccid length and girth being more than it was pre implant... if that "stretching" might effect the urethra diameter and thus the ability of pee to flow freely ??

Your urethra stretches out just like when you are hard. No ill effects with flow. But, with the extra length and firmness it is difficult to drag out at the urnial. At home I just drop my pants and throw it out there.

My understanding (from talking with guys) is that an implant does not affect urination; it just makes the penis hard when you want it to be. This certainly has been the case for me and mine.

I can urinate much easier now then before my implant because my penis is so much bigger flaccid now. I was less then an inch flaccid before, I would have to dig it out and pull on it and hold it so that I wouldn't pee all over myself. Now I'm 3.5" - 4" flaccid, I just pull it out and let it hang and pee. Look Ma, no hands . Another thing is that it is no problem to pee when I'm hard, just have to aim it down. Love my implant!!
