Successful implant stories from guys with Peyronies

Postby Msj194 » Sun Jun 16, 2019 6:35 am

Hi Guys
I'm hoping for some encouraging stories of guys who have Peyronies disease and have had successful implant surgery, I'm worried about getting the implant and ending up with a tiny penis or still having a bend despite having the implant fitted. Are there any guys out there on this forum that have had the implant to fix peyronies and now have a straight, decent sized penis?

I got a Titan in 2008.Dr Kramer straightened out my Peyronies and I lost no length or girth. I think loss depends on the severity of the condition and how long you've had it - my curve was quite severe, but I had it for less than a year

I had a pretty badly curved dick as well before implant.
Curved probably 45 degrees to the side. Had always been like that, ever since I can remember. Didn't know it was peyronies, barely even knew what peyronies was. Dr. Eid told me it was peyronies, and I had some pretty bad scar tissue as well which he had to work to fix during surgery. But it worked great. Today my curve is very minimal, less than 10 degrees for sure. I lost nothing, actually my dick is longer now than it was before surgery.
So there is hope...
43 yo, ED forever from VL
Fit and active
Implanted December 2015
Titan XL 24 cm, no RTEs

Activated day 13
Sex after 3 weeks
Gained length and girth
So far It works perfectly
Only one advice: Find a world class surgeon

Before getting my implant I had Peyronie's Disease for 11 years due to priapism and an injury. During those years I only had slight curvature but I lost 1-¼" of length and ¾" of girth, from 6-¾" x 5-½" to 5-½" x 4-¾". After my implant my cock is 5" x 4-½" with a very slight curve. I probably should have had the implant sooner, when my cock was bigger, but I'm happy the way thing turned out. My glans and corpora spongiosum along the bottom of my cock still get engorged, especially if I wear a soft silicone cock ring. The thing that made me decide to get the implant was that I couldn't get erections any more. I got tired of wanting with a flaccid cock.
Greg. 63. Gay in Los Angeles. HIV positive since '81. ED, venous leak and Peyronie's disease starting at age 49. Loss of length and girth -- 6 ¾ x 5 ½ before ED, 5 ½ x 5 pre-surgery 14 years later, 5 x 4 ½ after implant. Surgery was June 2018. :D

I Started having a 20 degree bend and heavy plaque at midship after using trimix. I only had this for 3 months prior to the IPP. My Dr didn't pump it up to look at it. He did feel the plaque. I had used a VAC ever since the RP surgery almost daily. My Dr flat said, I will cure that bend and you will not loose any length.
That said, his healing process was rough. He kept me 80 - 90% pumped up for 4 weeks. It was extremely painful. He just said, that is what I needed. I have heard of no one on here that was pumped that high during healing.
At 6 weeks I was at almost my full length and straight as an arrow. The plaque is gone. I was only short by maybe 1/2 inch. It has all returned and am still cycling.

A Titan implant corrected by Peyronies. It was a 30 deg upward curvature.. i was dependent on injections for erections after RPP .. the Peyronies had stabilised at that degree of curvature. The curve now is less than 10 deg and is of no consequence. The penis looks MUCH better. From my experience an implant was effective at both curing ED and also Peyronies. It took 4months of cycling post surgery to correct the curvature.

Make sure that you have researched the multitudinous aspects of implant surgery so that you are making a suitable informed choice to satisfy your priorities.

Its a LOT more fun engaging in any sexual activity post implant with a straight penis that can be continuously erect... a lot more fun..

Same story here....i had a 35 degree bend....Kramer installed a AMS CX....Length about the same as girth....slight bend upwards, but cured the peyronies.

Wife really was freaked out about the curvature. Implant fixed that.
59 Peyronies diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago...Kramer implanted a AMS CX 21cm 1.5 RTE on 11/15/18.

30 or so degree bend at midshaft. Basically pointed out straight then up. Made me nauseous looking at it like that. Then plaque on the shaft about size of my thumb nail.

Venous leak as well. Titan took care of bend. Cannot even feel the plaque. Erection is hard and back to 6.25 inches in length. Maybe over time and cycling i might get my 7 inches back. Took me almost 3 years dealing with peyronies. I do not expect it to correct over night.

Did any of you try the xiaflex injections. I'm 60 degrees up and just got diagnosed. I'm doing restorex with zero results as far as curvature but I did gain 1/2 inch in length. Any suggestions

Saw 4 urologists, not one of them suggested those injections. Expensive and trauma causing and in the end the only viable option was the titsn with my peyronies curve.
