Opting to put the pump next to the penis/groin

Have any of you opted to have the pump near your groin right beside the penis? I've seen a few cases of this and it almost seems more practical than in the scrotum although I could be 100% incorrect

How would you be able to hold the tubes in one hand and squeeze the bulb with the other hand? Needs to be out where you can reach it with both hands.

I can't possibly imagine how that would work without 'room to maneouver' if it were implanted into the groin. Also, I would think that would bulge out and be very visible unless pump technology changes drastically.
Is there a link you can show to what you are referring to?

I kind of have a similar question... but I know I've seen multiple guys get it placed there...
