i too am suffering with urine during sex. i will try taking a shower beforehand and not drinking fluids an hour or 2 before sex.

I had the same problem after RP with heave leakage during sex. Had a sling at the same time as my implant. Problem solved, but it’s harder to urinate now than it was before. Weaker stream and takes longer. Kind of like BPH symptoms before the RP.
Gleason 7 prostate ca and radical prostatectomy at age 50. AMX 18 cm plus 2.5 cm RTE implant at age 52 (2020) along with a sling procedure during the same surgery due to urine leakage during sex.

It almost sounds like an artificial sphincter could be better. Only drawback I can see is having a second pump in an already crowded scrotum. When deflated, nothing interferes with free flow of urine but when inflated it clamps down on the urethra to prevent leakage.
