First activation (no laughing allowed)

It's been six weeks since implant. Had first activation scheduled this morning with local doctor. Doctor passed activation procedure to his assistant (probably an intern). Intern was a mid 30's guy who didn't seem all that comfortable doing this. I had extreme anxiety myself knowing it's going to hurt like hell. The Intern found pump using thumb/index finger and began the squeeze. Very sore procedure then suddenly his thumb slipped off the pump slamming into my left testicle. Knees buckled a bit and I said that's enough for today.

Conclusion: I'm going to sit in a hot tub of water and do this myself. If it wasn't for bad luck and wouldn't have any.

I found it easy for my fingers to slip off the bulb until I learned to nestle the bulb in a hollow in the joint at the base of my thumb. The crook of the thumb might have worked as well, but my hand strength is compromised. Ultimately, you fill find an orientation that works for you, stable and easy to squeeze with enough pressure.

I recommend finding a few orientations and so that you you can use either hand with equal ease.

Sometimes, I use two hands. I place one palm on my pubic mound above the penis and reach around the penis base with thumb and forefinger to stabilize the pump body and bulb between that thumb and forefinger so the pump bulb is less likely to slip out of my grip as I squeeze with the other hand. This has proved VERY stable and has never yet slipped.

You could ask the doctor if there is a patient who actually has an implant who can instruct you. (I've done that a couple of times.)

You should offer to inflate his. When he says that he doesn't have an implant. Grin & tell him that's ok.

Trying to pump it the first few times can feel like trying to wrestle a greased pig. Every time you get comfortable and think you have the hang of it... think again. ... hahaha loved the story of the intern and first activation!!! Great stuff. Sorry for your pain though. Lol

Yesterday I had my two-week post-op check up. My doctor said that it was a perfect 10 and that I was healing up fast. He sent me home partially deflated from the procedure and was going to deflate me all the way yesterday. My boys said NO F'N WAY! LOL My balls have always been super sensitive, no holding or sucking. OUCH! I feel very lucky thus far with my implant and have had no real pain. However, mastering the pump "Titan old style" will be a challenge, having several pussies in the waiting will be strong motivation! :D
