Revision surgery today

So I just had my revision surgery this morning to correct the floppy head that I had from an implant that was too short and didn’t go into the glands. I have not had a chance To examine myself after the surgery but I cross my fingers that this time everything is perfect. I will give an update when I have a chance to look at this bad boy.

We wish you luck. No one wants to go through any surgery even once, twice is terrible. However, if the revision goes well, in 3-4 weeks it will be behind you and you will be glad that you did it.

So I found out he took out the 15+3 and installed a 18+2 implant. As far as I can tell the tips are further in the head. Wish me luck only time will tell how this will look after a couple weeks

If my understanding is correct. He missed your head by 2 cm. I think that is basically 13/16" of an inch. Sure sounds like a major miss on his part. Almost like he doesn't know that the implant should go into the head. What was he thinking?

I had the cylinders pulled into the gland also about half an inch, but I never had a floppy head. I could still get a partial erection with the gland fully engorged just by getting excited on sex. But when I say the pump failed, the surgeon said that he pulled the cylinders into the gland and just adjusted at the base with rte's. Never gave me any problems before, but it seems like I have more length then before. Never short, but it is good size.

Glad hear you got it fixed. I got a 15 + 5 but my cruses is very deep. I am enjoying a very solid 6 inch dick.

With fewer extenders and longer cylinders, it sounds like this to be a big improvement. Happy healing!

Thanks guys for the support. After a couple weeks I will post pictures of the progress. I am optimistic that this time the surgeon did it right. After surgery this time I noticed that I did have the snake eyes on the head of the penis where he pulled the cylinders up. We will see once all the swelling goes down as to the size I end up with. Also I have a large fat pad that I would like to be removed in the future and I am curious as to how effective the liposuction in that region works as I have heard mixed answers.
