Friend of a friend had leakage hell after radiation and a horrific prostatectomy. Dr. told him he needed the AUS as well as an implant or the leakage would get worse. Loves his implant but he keeps going back to get the AUS replaced over and over. He loves when it works but hates the new one every 9 months.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Depend makes Gaurds. The big pads for gushes. And they make Shields for men. They are a thin liner for dribbles. The placement of the pad is where you need it. Not as much sticky tape as female pads either. Fit right in the pouch of your shorts. I like David arch bikini briefs with a large pouch for the larger equipment.

I have 2 friends that have the AMS 800 artificial sphincter and love them!
One other guy uses an external catheter.
Several of us have gone to a pelvic floor specialist and ha good results.
