Can a scrotum ever be to small for an implant?

Postby Bailey » Fri May 24, 2019 9:50 pm

Just curious if anyone has ever been told their scrotum was too small for a Implant?

Just the pump is placed in the scrotum and it is very small. The infrapubic approach by surgeons such as Dr Perito do not go through the scrotum.

I actually had that same concern. My scrotum is very tight and I was worried if there would be room for the pump. I mentioned this to the surgeon during the consult. He examined me and said he didn't think it'll be a problem. I guess I'll find out in a month or two.
Developed ED after Heart attack and by-pass in 2000. Used pills for years, but they don't work anymore. Shots don't work. Used a VED for several years. AMS 700 LGX installed 8-7-19.

I have a small scrotum due to years of testosterone therapy. With my first implant (AMS) by Dr. Milam in 2014, I didn’t feel a problem with the size of my scrotum. But after my remove and replace by Dr. Kramer In 2017 with the Titan (due to pain caused by undersizing in 2014), my scrotum is very tight, with the pump a bit high.
At times, I have a problem manipulating the pump, but I’ve never not been able to get to it.
Inflation is fine, but in recent months I’ve been struggling with the deflation (unable to get it to flaccid).
71. Married 35 yrs to sexy woman; ED at 62; pills/injections eventual fails; AMS implant 5/29/14 (Dr. Milam); yr later - severe burning, pain around shaft on inflation. Remove & replace with Coloplast Titan 10/18/17 (Dr. Kramer).

My nuts have shrivelled a little bit from 10 years of using Testogel daily.
I have no issues.....my sack is fairly taught most of the time but I access my pump easily despite the fact.
Choice between feeling and looking shite or having smaller balls?
Easy.....T please!
