Using Bathroom Post-op?

Postby Bailey » Sat May 18, 2019 9:29 am

Hi Guys, Any advice on how much of an issue it was to use the bathroom when nature calls? I have trouble visualizing how to urinate into toilet bowl when your Penis is inflated, and pointing towards your belly button. Also, when having a bowel movement on keeping from peeing up, instead of into toilet bowl while sitting on toilet. I realize these questions seems stupid to most, but trying to clear up things that we normally take for granted. Counting down the days now until June 18th, and still nervous & worried. Bailey

Mine was partially inflated after surgery but not taped to my belly or anything. I just sat down and pushed it to aim at the bowl, which is more or less what I do now. Even fully inflated, you will likely be bendable. Shouldn't be any worries, except maybe forgetting the first time or two and peeing over the toilet seat. :D :D

Take the hospital urinal home with you. You'll find it very helpful for the first couple of days.

Sitting, you just need to push it down a little....but......past the space between the seat and the toilet.......YES, I HAVE pissed on the back of my legs....but I agree, it's not much of an issue...... (I've pissed though that crack onto my pants too.....but very rarely!!!!)

I was pumped up about 50 percent or do for 2 weeks. Pointing pretty much straight up. Sitting on toilet I could not push it down far enough. I found it easier to just lay on my side in bed and use the little Johnny. No big deal at all. I stayed laying down mostly anyway for the first week.

It took till about week 2 before I could sit on toilet and lean over far enough while pushing it down into bowl.

Shower was another option a couple times a day.

That is one reason I chose Dr. Kramer, didn't want to tape my penis up.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

So, when you sit to pee, you will need to use your fingers and point it down so you don't pee on the floor. You should start taking a stool softener... The pain meds they prescribe all cause constipation. :)
