It's day 9 and I'm very happy to report the following:

At no time have I had any really bad pain. Discomfort yes but nothing to make me grimace or groan.
My sleep has been fine.
A lot of bruising set in on day 4 but it's dissipating now.

Its day 15 post op for me. I saw my Doc 2 days ago and he said that it was healing perfectly, a 10 out of 10. There is very little bruising left on my shaft. Sitting feels much better now. As a number of you have mentioned, everything should feel normal within 4-6 weeks. I'm still partially inflated as my boys weren't ready to be squeezed at my two-week checkup. My size looks good. I don't think that I loss any size. My cock looks much better now than it did previously flacid and the noticeable package wearing jeans is of no concern, in fact, I like it.

My doc told me to start feeling for the pump when I'm in the shower. The placement seems perfect. I did that for the first time this morning. He said to follow it up to the release, I didn't do that. I can still feel some scabbing on my scrotum and he said not to pick it but let fall off by itself. The stitches are the absorbable type so I didn't have to have them cut. I had been using the antibacterial soap post op, just to be safe and my doctor said to stop using it. He also told me not to take baths yet, which is fine with me. Given how hard the pump felt this morning in the shower, I'm thinking that a warm bath will help with the exploration process once I feel up to it.

Once you are cleared for baths, take hot ones... as hot as you can stand. Did you get the keychain model of your pump? That is very helpful when you are landmarking. The hot water softens up the rubber, which makes it a lot easier to squeeze. Try using a VED. pump until it's comfortable but one more pump would be uncomfortable. Did you take any before pictures to compare? Consider sharing photos, if you are posting pics of just your junk, nobody will know who you are... Pictures really help people who are considering implants decide, based on others success.

I have been partially inflated since my procedure and that hasn't been an issue. Dr. Sadeghi tried to deflate me at two weeks, but the boys wouldn't have any part of it! Keep putting ice pack on the boys, no longer than 20 minutes at a time. The sensitivity of the boys is most likely caused by swelling. Once all the swelling is gone the will feel much better and then you will be able to cycle easily. Find out when you can sit in a tub. Take bath as hot as you can stand... the hot water softens up the rubber pump and makes it a lot easier to squeeze. If you can't take a bath, an electric heating pad works great too... the bath feels better but either will work. Thanks for posting the pics, things are looking up for you
