The pump is slowly softening but I have a new problem. My wife and I both gained weight and had knee replacements since we last had sex. OK, try this... you stand on the floor and have your wife bring her butt right to the edge of the bed. Now, you can put her legs one on each shoulder or you can hold them our or a combination. Who was your doctor.

Try crossing her legs in front of your chest hold her legs push back and you will get a hell of lot more penetration
