good luck. I have just gone thru implant surgery at the end March this year. I can tell you that you will get thru it ok. Just do what your doctor tells you to do. I was a little apprehensive also. In the long run I am not a bit sorry I made this choice. The wife will change her mind. Believe me.
My healing went well and I was ok after the first week.
Good luck.

Go get em Rob!!!!
Those interested by May 10 9AM Rob will be bionic. He found a dream doc right next town away. The guy was head of Uro for Cleveland Clinic Ohio, one of the top rated hospitals in the US. This guy moved here to Fl semi retired.
Dr Kramer is getting very busy with the coming move. There is a chance that because of my failed EKG he will cancel. If so then Robs guy will have another patient asap. Thank you Rob.
He was going to use my guys last year because of insurance restrictions. So glad things have worked out so well for him.

Gautengrob, Wishing you good luck tomorrow. I understand completely what your thoughts are right now. I’m nervous as hell too, and my surgery isn’t until June 18th. Keep us updated when you feel like it. Bailey

Spoke to Rob (gautengrob) this morning. Texted before surgery he called me 2 hours after. He's doing well some pain this Doc keeps you overnight. Catheter out tomorrow and then home.
Overnight is Not my favorite thing but not a big deal for me. I have scheduled an appt for this Tuesday he told Rob that he can easily fix my problem. I don't want to give details that's Rob's deal but his pump is well placed and Dr Licht said that he will keep his current length and girth. As he said he has an LGX.
I am planning on using Dr Licht instead of Kramer because of Kramer's move. My wife completely supports this. Planning on keeping my surgery date of June 17,18,or 19.

Hey Doug if your surgery is the 18th, we’ll be going Bionic on the same day. I thought you were doing yours on the 19th? Hope we both have great results.

Well buddy, I hope your surgery went great. As has been stated, do what your doctor says. Take your pain meds as directed, being in pain just so you can say you're a tough guy and didn't take it is just plain STUPID. Ice frequently and use something like dried beans or popcorn in a sock or double zip lock bag. People will tell you to use frozen peas or corn (as I did). I don't recommend that now because each time it thaws it gets mushy and turns into one big solid mess. The dry stuff will hug you anatomy and I would think it would work better. Icing helps a lot with pain because, swelling also causes pain. Only ice for 20 minutes at a time or you could cause permanent tissue damage. Keep watch for a fever and get to a doctor ASAP if you do have a fever. Once cleared by your doctor, soak in a nice HOT bath (as hat as you can stand)… when ready, start cycling in the tub... the hot water softens up the rubber/plastic pump and make it much easier to squeeze. I have offered this advice to MANY FT members and they all report wonderful results. Everybody keep us all posted on your results. Consider taking and sharing pictures pre and post op. Don't be shy, don't include your face and you can remain anonymous. Pictures help the guy on the fence decide. :)

Day 2. Had a little pain in the night mostly from the catheter. Package was unwrapped absolutely no bruising. Slight pump I can feel the tips way down pain seems to be mostly from the extra nut. So far I’m super happy not sure where the 20cm is I’m sure it’s there lol pictures say to large not sure why will resize
