Ok this was this morning catheter still in you can see the nut sack wound that’s all besides a drain doc said one pump not a 100% sure why as you can see no bruising swelling. I do have pain like a burning sensation. Where the pump is a decent amount of pain. That’s about it

Better angle I have not seen many post one day pics but I think it looks ok for one pump ?

Minor bruising on my sac other than that it’s kinda tingling on penis skin feels like it’s been pumped a lot I have kept it wrapped so that it is less sensitive to underwear plus it helps keep it straight the implant in the testicles is the most painful and I can feel the reservoir. Tips I can feel one side more than the other not sure if that’s an issue. Took a nice hot shower and am keeping it clean..

Slept well last night pain is most when I stand penis is only slightly pumped and I’m reading most are pumped to 50 Plus not going to worry about that. I can now feel the bulb in my sac it’s still swollen. I’m in no rush but dying to know what a full pump will be. I intend to cycle it up and down and maybe use a slight vac to help that process I can’t feel the pipes in there at all unless I’m standing so off to a decent start.. I’m sure the rest will fall into place

77 yo with ED for over 20 years.Tried everything, & found injections were the only thing that worked.I am so grateful for FT. Was implanted 6/18/19 with a 18cm AMS LGX w 3.0cm RTE,100ml reservoir, infrapubic procedure by Dr. Richard Roach, “Bailey”

That is awesome. This Thursday is my D day. I too have a great doctor that has been my urologist for 10 years, installed of 1,000 Coloplast and was listed on Coloplast sites as a center of excellence. He is one of the best and most thorough doctors that I have ever had, across the board. I get to stay overnight and he is using top-shelf pain meds.
60 years old. MS and Severe ED 10+ years. Pills and injections never worked well. Implanted 5/16/2019 by Dr. Sadeghi. Titan 20cm + 2cm RTE.

I think if a doc is doing this as outpatient I would move on .. I’m not happy with the pain obviously but it’s not that bad . I was dreading the idea of always feeling a pipe in my dong well hell I can’t feel anything like that so that’s great . It’s a learning experience we always seem to read the bad experiences as the guys hammer the problems over and over.. I’m hoping not to be in that Department
