MK sorry to hear that your head doesn't engorge. I might be on the same boat. If I may ask, Does it effect sex at all? I would guess that sex is still fulfilling. I just want to be prepared for what may be in my future. I expect the soft glands would at least make the implant harder to hide from unknowing partners

And I have called Dr karpman's office and am waiting on a call back. Thanks for your recommendation. I have heard alot of good about him

Yes. It affects sex greatly. It is not only soft head, but also hard to reach orgasam after RP. My orgasams are very poor, mostly non existent and affected to the point that I am not sure I had one.
For you, this should not be a problem like in my case. You still have your unaffected prostate and seminal vesicles and you will be ejaculating fluid same as before implant.
Even after everything, it is still wort to get implant.
Compared to pre RP sex frequency, after implant, frequency is barely 1/10th what it was before. Not much joy in sex anymore.

Thanks for your honest response MK. Sounds like some really tough stuff. My antipsychotics make it often pretty hard for me to orgasm when I self stimulate so I may have a similar problem there. But I definitely do feel orgasms , just not as intensely before. I do appreciate your input though. The RP is the procedure you had for your prostate right? I'm not familiar with the abbreviation. I'll definitely keep in mind that you recommend it even despite how things are post-RP

Hey MK I found an interesting article about a procedure Dr.Eid does for soft glans issues. He apparently injects collagen and it stiffens up the head. Maybe you and DougAnd can try it out. Apparently men are very satisfied with the results https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/innovative-approach-to-common-erectile-dysfunction-complaint-137885373.html

I’m 2.5 years out with Coloplast titan. When I pump up my glans is still soft but when I’m sexually excited it swells just like the old days. :D
Age 69, Gone bionic with Titan February 2016. Dr Jeff Brady, Florida Urology associates Orlando. Married 48 years, suffered with ED for ten years. Swore I’d never have an implant but glad I did.
