Yes, sort of.

Before E.D. my penis was kind of like a barometer, letting me know when I was aroused sexually even if I was unaware intellectually. That does not happen any more. Sexual arousal is now totally mental.

After implant, if I am partially pumped up and doing everyday non-sexual activities, I am more aware of my sexuality...my capacity for sex and arousal.

It may be that my flaccid is larger than before, thus exposing more skin and nerve endings to stimulation by my clothing or it may be that I am just more aware of my penis. Perhaps it is that I am now confident in my ability to perform sexually. Speculations, all.

For me, just pumped enough to be straight makes me feel like I'm having an erection. That causes me to become aroused. But even fully deflated I can become aroused start to leak and become straight. The implant gives me an added bonus.
