New member... widower, age 65, about 20 lbs overweight, blood pressure high without meds but controlled with Amlodipine/Olmes Medoxom 10-400mg (once daily)

Zero ED problems my entire life until 2 years ago....which to my frustration has coincided (sort of) with new relationship with very hot to trot beautiful and intellectually, emotionally desirable woman. My libido is good but the organ simply doesn't react to even high libido beyond "soft erect" without help. Generic Viagra worked for a year or so (50 to 100mg) and still does if I take beyond max recommended dosage (150 mg) Presume that dosage is a bit dangerous, plus annoying to have to "time" the situation. Cialais does nothing for me. Thus the interest in pump type penis implant.

Given that brief history, heres what I'm most curious about --Definite "grower" not shower here....neither spec is impressive but the flacid state is particularly pitiful... perhaps 1 inch average flacid length...but grows to 4.6" length and 4.3" girth.

So the question is, will this much flacid to erect difference be a problem for an implant, and if not, what would likely be the resultant flacid length ?

I have had an implant for over three years. I was a definite grower pre implant. Post implant through cycling, I regained the inch or so I lost as a result of a prostatectomy and became a shower. There is only a half inch to 3/4 " difference between my flaccid and erect state. I have an 18 cm Titan with one RTE. Flaccid bone stretched is about 4.5" and fully pumped is about 5 3/4". Lots of cycling in the first 15 months along with plenty of sex and masturbation

With AMS CX I'm 1/2" less long than when pumped. I ended up with the same length pumped as pre-op erect.
Flaccid looks definitely like a shower, but seems slightly aroused.
Results may differ with LGX and Titan is probably closer with flaccid and erect.

Flaccid flaccid does not show much. Do a flaccid stretch that will show about what to expect with a qualified surgeon. As for girth it appears as if everyone gets an 18 mm Titan but only a 12 mm AMS. Just noticed tonight that my AMS LGX is now round and robust when fully pumped. I rarely do that but did VED so also pumped full. Felt the cylinders and they were very fat near the tips. Could not believe it. Did not measure my girth maybe next time but I am 5 inches when half inflated.
I'm guessing that you would best fit an AMS CX. If you have not lost length from ED or surgery that may be what your doctor will recommend. You should have no problem with your implant should be completely satisfied with both length and girth if you choose a qualified surgeon. Good luck

Pre-implant, I was a grower, less then a inch flaccid to 5.5" erect, which always use to amaze me! Now post implant I am a shower, 3.5 - 4" flaccid, and still 5.5" erect bone press. I really enjoy my flaccid size, nice to have a bulge that I never had. Sorry, I do not have any pictures of my pre-implant flaccid dick.
