Post op days 12-16

After just a few few days of inflating twice a day I feel like the sting of inflation is actually starting to subside a bit. I can hold the fully inflated state longer each day.
Inflating with the Titan standard pump is very easy but it’s still tricky deflating with it.
At this point I am convinced that people with the Titan implant that complain about a too erect flaccid penis are just not deflating enough. At absolutely fully deflated it almost folds back on itself.
Though I still plan on submitting additional pictures later, for now
Inflated girth almost 6”
Inflated length almost 7.5”
Deflated measurements are meaningless as it is so dependent on how completely one deflates.
Again, best trimix sizes realized. Complete satisfaction.
Once I am completely healed I suspect I will prefer to maintain a few pumps when deflated for vanity’s sake but now I know I can completely deflate beyond notice for complete discretion.
Oh yes, I had gentle penetration to climax with my wife and I definitely felt my glans enlarge. No thrusting, yet!
Like I say, complete satisfaction with my results and process.
I just wish the same positive experience for others.

Post-op days 17-21

I have been cycling for a few days now with my Titan and standard pump and the following 'tip' has enabled me to quickly and easily deflate completely. I make sure I pull the pump into a low position to avoid restrictions from bending or from kinking the tubes. This seems to be reliable. I deflate in seconds. Much faster that inflating.
The sting of inflation is somewhat less but only really disagreeable at 100% inflation which I maintain for about 15 minutes, twice a day, but which I do not need for successful coitus.
I will be posting all pre and post op pictures once my stitches are dissolved but best TriMix sizes are realized.
I wasn't sure if anyone was benefiting from any of my thoughts but Dr Kramer emailed me that one of his patients read my baby sock suggestion, tried it, and indicated to him that it worked perfectly. Nice!
Willing to arrange Show and Tell in Albuquerque, New Mexico. PM me.

Dear 505,

My surgery was one day after yours. I was following your journal and benefited from it. Best was the baby sock suggestion. I loved the baby sock so much that I am wearing it every day and plan to continue it for a long time! (We wear socks for the comfort of 2 legs, why not a sock for the comfort of the 3rd leg?!)
Also, when I went to my doctor for post-op appointment at 2 weeks, he was surprised to see my dick with baby sock on and asked what is it for! I educated him about it and this Forum. Requested him to pass the info to his other patients!

Please keep posting. You are helping many!

FunGuy69,

Nice! That's at least two people that found the 0-3 month baby sock idea useful. I found very soft and thick ones at Target. Besides preventing the glans from rubbing on clothing, it turns out to nicely catch any 'late drippling' urine. Ha!
Today, at post-op day 23, I had another successful penetration with my wife. My glans seems to be shaping up nicely, too.
I am currently trying to determine an acceptable inflation state for successful penetration but avoid the sting of 100% inflation. For 100% inflation, I seem to need about 50 pumps, though the last ones are definitely not as full a pump as the early ones. However, around 35 - 40 pumps seems to be quite adequate for penetration and does not sting. I am anxious for these stitches to dissolve as they are still stiff enough to scratch and detract from the moment. Of course, I still inflate to 100% for the doctor prescribed cycling.
I am really getting the hang of deflating with this standard pump. As long as I hold the pump in a low position (I suspect to avoid crimping/bending of the tubes), I can deflate completely in a few seconds. Early in the cycling, I was having such trouble that it freaked me out a bit that I would not be able to get it to come down! No issue now.
In the short time that I have been cycling, I have noticed the diameter of my penis increase 1/8". It is now slightly better than the best pre-op, TriMix diameter and equal to the best hydro vacuum diameter. (I have used both air and hydro vacuum pumps and though this might deserve a separate topic, I HIGHLY recommend the hydro model. I know they are not cheap but they are so much better, in my opinion. I was hydro vacuum pumping twice a week for over a year before surgery. Never experienced any sagging skin due to over vacuum pumping like I did with an air vacuum pump.)

The Hiking on day-4 provokes a question: How many days is one typically laid up in bed? Then how many days walking around in your pajamas taking it easy? How many days till you could sit in an office or on a plane for 8 hours with no huge discomfort? I thought the recovery time was several weeks?
I'm 55. PostFinasterideSyndrome/Peyronies . Initially had good erections but numbness. Now erections are compromised, but good sensitivity. I see Dr. Irwin Goldstein and do : TRIMIX-Clomiphene-Arimidex –Cabergoline -Cialis -Traction-VED-Pshot-gainswave

I have a sedentary job.

After a week to 10 days I could have gone back to work with some degree of discomfort.

Two weeks, I could have easily done half-days and full days with only a little discomfort.

I took three weeks off (because I had the leave time and was enjoying the vacation) and when I came back to work I was fine.

It dod take a few months before I was accustomed to the pump in my scrotum. Getting in and out of my car was the most trouble (but only a very little trouble). The only accommodation I had to make was not to squish anything tender. I had no residual discomfort at all by 15 to 20 days.

Riding in an airplane might have been problematic during the first week (I admit to being somewhat wimpy). I contemplated going to Baltimore. That would have involved about 8 hours flight time and a few hours layover. I planned to request (and would have appreciated) an airline-provided wheelchair. Being able to stay horizontal for 90% of the time the first several days was precious.

I believe in not trying to "tough it out" when recovering from surgery. Sometimes machismo is counter-productive.

As far as usual goes with Dr Kramer, weeks before the surgery, he indicated I should be able to travel by air on post op day 3 and return to work on post op day 10. After seeing me at my hotel on post op day 1, he indicated I could travel by air one day early (post op day 2), so I did. It was about a 7 hour air trip with a 1.5 hour layover. Very little discomfort. I had already decided I would take an extra week off from work, to which Dr Kramer happily signed off, though I could have returned to work by post op day 10. The extra week was nice! I was totally ready after that! BTW, from post op day 4 thru post op day 26, 23 days, I mountain hiked 9 times for a total of about 40 miles with very little discomfort, never feeling like I was pushing through pain.

Before surgery, he had indicated probably cycling at post op day 14, which I followed. I have now been cycling for about 19 days and the sting of inflation is lessening. I am now anxious for the stitches to dissolve away!

I have had a few penetration sessions with my wife and they fell better each time as the sting of inflation decreases. I don't have to be fully inflated for successful penetration thereby avoiding some sting but she seems to enjoy the fuller feeling.

Unfortunately, I don't think others recover quite so quickly or painlessly. I was lucky!

When my stitches are gone, I will post final pics.
