I am almost 8 months post implant.
When deflated, my penis is totally flat, no shape at all. Looks like soft mass run over by tire.
I am wondering, is anyone experiencing the same.
I am ashamed to pull it out at the public restroom because it looks very abnormal. I was hoping this will improve with time but I do not see any change since it was started cycling.
Even being totally flat, never stopped sticking out.

What about keeping a few pumps in there so that, while it's not completely deflated, it's not completely flat either?

Mine is only totally flat fully deflated and on my back. When standing I have shape. For me it is a matter of blood flow. Just enough pressure standing to round out a bit. As for your hang Titan takes longer to soften. Not sure where your pump is. But it might be holding you up if your pump is high. If not then wait till the cylinders soften. Takes time.
By now your length should have improved. Has it gotten better? Hope so.
I'm off to another surgery in June my final fix (I hope)
