Implant Questions for Young Members

Postby johnsond1415 » Sat Apr 27, 2019 11:13 pm

Is there anyone who was implanted in their 20's who would be willing to chat?

Also, in general, how noticeable is an implant when erect? Would most people be able to tell or only if they are down around your testicles?

Is working out uncomfortable in anyway?

What are any negatives you can think of for a young, active person like myself.

Thanks a lot!

I am a 61 year old fart but there is a young members section. You might try that. While you are at it, PLEASE advise against the venous ligation surgery. Out of many who have had it, I only know of 1 or two that said it was successful but know 2 that were so distraught they spent every dime they could scrape up for it and it was a failure that they committed suicide. Please. No more venous ligation or occlusion surgery. We need no more dead members. It is heartbreaking. Cheers man and good luck. Sorry the quack method did not work. It rarely does or only for a few months.

I'm another old fart but when it comes right down to it a penis is after all still a penis old or young. Your main questions are all the same as the rest of us have asked. When you watch the infomercials you come away believing that this thing is invisible.
As you have already surmised that is not quite true. Of course the only one feeling the guys penis in the video is the guy. So here is the naked truth.
The young lady will notice immediately that you are hanging huge. Why? Your flaccid will be 1 inch or less as long as your fully erect. When she squeezes your sac she will immediately notice this odd hard lump. As she massages your penis she will undoubtedly feel two hard tips in the glans.
I assume your real question is how to handle those situations or tips on avoiding them. Cannot help you there.

hello Big Johnson,

I have reinvigorated a thread from 2017 which was named "the ultimate implant questionaire" written by a 35 year old. Please read it and repond as you see fit. I thought that the questionaire was really good.

Thank you everyone. Very much appreciated!!

It seems as though the question of noticeability/whether you can hide it is still widely debated/uncertain.

I realize a lot of people will say that it shouldn't matter and the girl shouldn't care, but you have to realize that at my age, that is simply not an option.

It seems as though if the surgery goes well, it is unlikely the girl will be able to tell there is any tubing in the shaft but would be able to tell from the valve in the testicles (although seems easy enough to just say you don't want her to touch your testicles).

Would a girl be able to feel the tubing/cylinder when penis is flacid?

Appreciate all the help/answers I can get. Thanks again!

Once a woman has decided to have sex with you, discovery of an implant is not likely to change her mind if you are comfortable with it.

A woman might be able to feel the apparatus. The tips on the glans, the wrinkles in the tubes in your penile shaft, the pump bulb in your testicles or the valve body (angular and hard). But if a woman gets that intimate, she is likely to have already decided to have sex with you and unlikely to raise questions or objections at that point. If she only wanted to engage in some genital "heavy petting" or fellatio, though, she may take issue with a man "with a dildo in his penis" and object to the concept. She might be put off by the lack of a spontaneous erection.

But women are incredibly accepting of their man if she feels safe, trusted and respected.

Don't worry about it. My advice is to level with her.

Women are incredibly accepting, supportive and understanding if they feel safe, trusted and respected. Franktalk has little from women about their attitudes, but here are some links that I believe you will find illuminating. One of the threads is from a young woman who realized, after a couple of sexual encounters with her lover that he had an implant and honored his desire to not mention it to her by not mentioning to him that she knew. Like I said, incredibly supportive.

I have to agree with Lost Sheep. As a group, women are fairly accepting, suportive & understanding. The simple proof of that is by how many of them tolerate us for as long as they do. Just my feeling, if I was a woman feeling as I do as a man. The vast majority of men would spend their lives masturbating.
I think the fear of discovery early on is way over blown. I can be wrong on this but I strongly suspect that the first few encounters with a woman won't entail her doing a detail antamonical inventory of your parts. A simple visual & maybe a few quick touches or brushing of her hands will suffice. I believe most women are more interested in rubbing your back or chest vs a partial hand job. Simple suggestion is to arrange to have a very slight chub going on. If hands wander, that will show that you're at least interested. Remember, most women are just as insecure about their bodies as you might are. Playing a bit shy might play right into her similar game plan.
If all the advice that members give you doesn't convince you. Skip this forum & see how well dating or wife hunting goes with a short non functioning penis goes. I suspect you know how that'll turn out.
Btw, it's my guess that your view of sexual activity is overly influenced by either porn or other guys bragging. Ignore those sources, it's FAKE. Those beliefs will hinder your recovery.

Please read My Journal by merrix. It is well written and covers nearly 3 years from start to current. He also had failed ligation surgery as you did. He was a little older than you at the time but not much. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6010&p=97881&hilit=merrix#p97881

Unless a woman never touches you and sometimes a woman with fingernail shop claws that is a good idea before scissorhands gets hold of your balls, she will notice you have a pump. Dick itself for the most part feels the same. If a woman/partner feels you up and does not find the pump then she has to be quite dense in which case you either have it made or go insane being around an idiot. If she cares about you and your dick works then all goals are met, right?

Ask yourself what frame of mind you will be in 5-10 years from now if you do nothing? Will you still be able to reach your relationship goals?

Poor blood flow leads to scar tissue growth/fibrosis/calsification. If you do nothing you may risk or limit size and options getting an implant years into the future. The earlier you deal with this, the better chance you have avoiding those issues.

E.D. never gets better. Only worse.

I wish I had known about them and had on years ago. It took me a couple years to wrap my head around something as permanent as an implant but I am glad I did.

I've read here and other forums for years. It seems the people who have the best results are the ones who got an implant when issues began and did not procrastinate for years first.

Nobody can predict what will happen in their life. You could blow $24,000 U.S. on an implant and be run over by a train tomorrow. Likewise, there are some here that had implants last 10 years. I might break mine 15 minutes from now but over the course of 2 years, with few breaks, I've pumped it up 1, 2, 3, rarely 4 times a day for 700+ days. Some say 1-2 times a week or you wear it out to fast. Let me tell you buddy, I didn't get this thing to gather dust!! Hopefully the quality has improved so it lasts 20 years. So what if you do trash it in 10 years? That's 10 years of a better life, right? 10 years they may be more affordable or improved enough to last a lifetime too. (or maybe they recall every one on earth).

The bottom line is you have to ask yourself if you are and are willing to be satisfied with your life as it is now for the rest of your life. It is that simple. Surgery sucks. 3 days after it will hurt like a bitch and you will ask yourself why the hell you put yourself through with this? Honestly, that is the way it is. 2 weeks later you pump it up and say OH YEAH BABY! Cheers man. May the force be with you.

57 years old here. Love my titan. Wife loves my titan. Wish I had gotten it as soon as I fell and injured myself. I would not have spent 2.5 years developing peyronies, losing 1.5 inches in length. All the mental anguish. Uncertainty with sexx. All kinds of other problems.

We are loving this thing. Uncovered pool for the season this week. Got lawn chairs out. Put cushions on them. Looked at one another grinned. Pumped this thing up and went at it like old times.

Sure I have to pump it up. It does not just spontaneously grow. It does get hard. Stays hard period. No worries about am I getting it in. It is going in period and staying there till I take it out and hit the deflate button.

There are some negatives though. Wife says she would know pump is in my scrotum as it is really hard. Not real big but hard. My testicles are both larger than it though. But when she fondles my sack it is right there between them.

I am at 8 weeks with titan. Initially I did not really feel the tubing. I am pretty skinny with not to much of a fat pad. I can now feel a tube going by the right side of my penis to the reservoir. Someone putting there hands there would probably feel it. Also in the top of my ball sack I can feel some tubes. I might be paranoid but feel like they would be found out if someone wrapped their hands around it or started licking my balls and worked up to the glans.

You will find however several posts on here from members who are having sex and their partners did not find out. So it is possible. I think one trick was cutting a pocket out of your Jean's and discretely adding pumps on occasion.

Happily married here or mostly for a long time but if I ever needed to look for a new partner I plan on just telling them. Life throws a curve sometimes. Fell injured myself and needed an implant. Works just fine in every way. Men and women both get all kinds of stuff done to their bodies in this day.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
