Is Cialis compatible with implant
obviously injections are not compatible with implant - but what about using pills to allow your own tissue to add some engorgement (especially for the head) ?
I'm 55. PostFinasterideSyndrome/Peyronies . Initially had good erections but numbness. Now erections are compromised, but good sensitivity. I see Dr. Irwin Goldstein and do : TRIMIX-Clomiphene-Arimidex –Cabergoline -Cialis -Traction-VED-Pshot-gainswave

Re: Is Cialis compatible with implant
There should be no problem. In fact, some men find the erectile drugs still have an effect on the Corpus Spongiosum.
The function of the drug(s) is to increase blood flow. Since the blood flow to the corpus cavernosum is no longer particularly relevant to the man's erection (and, since an implant was required, was not relevant even before the implant) there should be no effect of the drug-induced blood flow on the implant or (any remaining) corpus cavernosum in the tunica albuginea.
That is, the blood flow induced by the drug made an erection (of the tunica albuginea) by engorging the corpus cavernosum which is probably no longer there and didn't work anyway.
The engorgement of the spongiosum (collaterally induced by the drug) is not addressed in any way by the implant. Nor is the spongiosum related (directly) to erections. HOWEVER, its engorgement adds to fullness and perhaps to sensation of the man and (by my girlfriend's testimony) to the sensations experienced by the partner.

Ditto Lost Sheep. I think I still have my cialis script. May have expired. Anyway it only gave me head aches, no erections. I gave my last bottle to a friend who uses them to be able to pee. Glad they work for someone.

Yes.

It should be the same with Viagra, isn’t it? I still have lots of it. How many mg should one take in order to see an effect on the CS? Hope there is one ‘cause I don’t like the fact that the penis isn’t as round as it used to be.

Yes. All three of the major oral erectile drugs operate in similar (but not identical) ways. I have no idea about the urethral suppositories.

I dunno about those... sounds like it would hurt... and what if you had to pee, or cum
